On 24 June 2010 Simply HIP Limited was placed into Insolvent Liquidation.
We, Ashley King and Susan King of Godfrees House, Manor Road, Staverton, Northamptonshire NN11 6JD and Paul Tennant of 43
Main Street, Sutton Bunington, Loughborough LE12 5ND were Directors of Simply HIP Limited during the last 12 months ending
with the day before the date of Liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is
our intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for
the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named Company under any
name or trading style which includes the name “Simply” (including but not limited to “Simply Conveyancing Panel Management
Limited”).
