Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above bankruptcy estate will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD on 7 October 2010 at 10.00 am. The meeting has been called to provide
creditors with the opportunity to establish a Creditors’ Committee and also to agree the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration.
A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not
be a creditor. A form of proxy to be used at the meeting should be lodged, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately
before the meeting. Both proxy and proof of debt may be posted to Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD or sent
