THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under
Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be:
(a) to provide “at any time” waiting restrictions in the lengths of street referred to in the Schedule to this Notice; and
(b) make certain other changes to bring the Islington Waiting and Loading Restriction Consolidation Order in line with the on-street
layout.
3. The general effect of the parking places Order would be in Morton Road, the north-west side to provide additional residents’
parking space opposite No. 30 Morton Road.
4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection
during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the
Council decides not to make the Orders at the following location:
Public Realm, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1YA

5. Any person who wishes to object or to make other representations about either of the proposed Orders should send a statement
in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Public Realm, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1YA (quoting reference
TMO/Individual Parking Assessments September 2010), within the period of twenty one days from the date on which this Notice
is published.

At any time waiting restrictions
Cumming Street
the south-west side, between a point 6.5 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Collier Street and a point 19
metres south-east of that kerb-line.
Harecourt Road
the eastern north to south arm, the west side, between a point 2 metres south of the northern boundary of No. 15 Harecourt
Road and a point 1 metre north of the southern boundary of No. 17 Harecourt Road.
