Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at RSM Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London, W1U 6RD, on 05 March 2010, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John-Paul O'Hara, of RSM Tenon Recovery, Brampton House, 10 Queen Street, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1ED and Paul Finnity, of RSM Tenon Recovery, 1 New Park Place, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8DZ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the Company.”
