Final Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD, on 19 April 2010 at 10.30 am for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the winding ups, showing how they have been conducted and how the companies property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
