At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN, on 04 March 2010, at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed, as Special Resolutions and as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Gareth W Roberts and Paul W Ellison, both of RSM Tenon Recovery, Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators
be and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the company.”
