At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 1st Floor, 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1JJ, on 05 March 2010, at 11.30 am, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and
that Mark Wilson and Matthew Richard Meadley Wild, both of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 1st Floor, 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1JJ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the company, to act on a joint and several basis.”
