Resolutions for Winding-up

At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 12 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley RH10 6AD on 4 March 2010 the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:
1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That John David Ariel and Matthew Richard Meadley Wild of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 12 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley RH10 6AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the company, to act on a joint and several basis.
