Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 62-70 Shorts Gardens, London WC2H 9AH, on 01 March 2010, at 4.30 pm, the following subjoined Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively;-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Guy Robert Thomas Hollander and Roderick John Weston, both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
