“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Newman and Vincent John Green, both of HCW Recovery Solutions LLP, Jaeger House, 5 Clanricarde Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1PE, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.”
