THE HEATHROW AIRPORT (PARKING PLACES) NO. 1 ORDER 2009
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Heathrow Airport Limited on the 17th July 2009 made the above mentioned Orders under sections
6, 84 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), by Sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986.
2. The general effect will be to consolidate the following orders
The Heathrow Airport Limited (Prescribed Routes) (No. 01) Order 2007
The Heathrow Airport Limited (Prohibition of Stopping on Cab Ranks) (No. 01) Order 2007
The Heathrow Airport Limited (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No. 01) Order 2007
The Heathrow Airport Limited (Speed Limits) (No. 01) Order 2007
Heathrow Airport Limited (Traffic Management) Amendment No.1 Order 2008
Heathrow Airport Limited (Traffic Management) Amendment No.2 Order 2008
Heathrow Airport (Parking Places) No. 1 Order 2008
Heathrow Airport (Amendment 1) Traffic Order 2009
Heathrow Airport (Longford Roundabout Access Road) Order 2009
Heathrow Airport (Terminal Five - Landside Road Network) Order 2009
Heathrow Airport (Terminal Three Departures Forecourt) Order 2009
The locations and hours of operation of any existing restriction or prohibition will remain unchanged.
3. A copy of each of the Orders, which will come into operation on 17th July 2009, can be inspected by appointment only between
10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made
at the offices of Alpha Parking Ltd, Cromwell House, Fulwood Place, London WC1V 6HZ telephone (020 7242 2567).
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that
it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof
or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may, within six
weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
