THE A10 GLA ROAD (HARINGEY)(30MPH SPEED LIMIT)(A10 THE ROUNDWAY) ORDER 2009
1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that on 26 June 2009 it made the above named Order under section 84 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order comes into force on 2 July 2009.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order is to impose a speed limit of 30mph. on the A10 Great Cambridge Road north of the
A10 The Roundway:
(1) southbound between a point 21 metres south of the southern kerb-line of White Hart Lane and a distance 330 metres south
of the northern flank wall of property number 54 on the A10 Great Cambridge Road;
(2) northbound between a point 52 metres west of the eastern kerb-line of Waltheof Gardens and a distance of 409 metres north
of property number 33 on the A10 Great Cambridge Road.
3. The roads affected by the Order are indicated in paragraph 2.
4. The lengths of the roads affected are currently subject to a speed limit 40mph.
5. A copy of the Order, and a plan indicating the location and effect of the Order can be inspected free of charge during normal
office hours for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published at the offices of:

6. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within six weeks of the date on which
the Order was made.
