THE A3113 TRUNK ROAD (AIRPORT WAY) (50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2009
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT hereby gives notice that he made this Order under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 18th May 2009 on the A3113 Trunk Road in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The Order will come into force on the 1st June 2009, indefinitely continuing the provisions of a temporary Order that is in
force until the 31st May 2009, and which the made Order will replace. The notice of the proposal to make it (reference 706944)
was published in issue number 58949 of the London Gazette on the 14th January 2009 and the effect of the Order is as described
in that notice.
A COPY of the made Order and of a plan illustrating the effect of the Order may be inspected during office hours at the offices
of Mouchel, Scratchwood Motorway Compound, London Gateway (M1), Mill Hill, London, NW7 3JA and at those of the London Borough
of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW. They may also be obtained by application to Network Operations Division, Highways
Agency, Floor 4C, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SZ, quoting the reference HA/A3113/28/3/176.
