THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. 96) ORDER 2009
THE HARINGEY (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO. 32) ORDER 2009
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, on 2nd April 2009,
made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 6 and 124 to the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the waiting and loading Order would be to introduce double yellow lines ’at any time’ waiting restriction
both sides on the following junctions and opposite those junctions:-
(a) Creighton Avenue, N2/N10 with:
(i) Beech Drive, N2;
(ii) Coppetts Road, N10;
(iii) Church Vale, N2;
(iv) Ringwood Avenue, N2; and
(v) Tetherdown, N10.
3. The general effect of the 20mph speed limit Order would be to impose 20mph limit on Creighton Avenue, N10, between the borough
boundary with the London borough of Barnet and its junction with Page’s Lane, N10.
4. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 2nd April 2009, the Orders being amended, of the Council’s statement
of reasons for making the Orders, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of the
Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were
made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, The Traffic and Road Safety Group, 1st Floor (South),

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they
are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof
or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks
of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court
