PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (ENGLAND AND WALES)
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Moy Park Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and
Control (IPPC) permit to operate the installations detailed below involving the Rearing and Production of poultry under section
6.9A(1)(a)(i) of the PPC regulations.
Bunkers Hill Poultry Unit, Coningsby, Lincolnshire; Dakota Poultry Unit, Spilsby, Lincolnshire; Fen Road Poultry Farm, Boston,
Lincolnshire; Langriville Poultry Unit, New York, Lincolnshire; Menzies Poultry Farm, Boston, Lincolnshire; Roughton Moor
Poultry Farm, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire; Heale Poultry Farm, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire and Poolham Poultry Farm, Horncastle,
Lincolnshire—Operator Moy Park Ltd.
The applications contain the information required by the regulations, including a description of any foreseeable significant
effects of emissions from the installation on the environment. This information is held in registers at the following locations:
The Environment Agency, Public Register Office, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5ZR; and
East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth LN11 8UP.
Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above-stated addresses during normal office hours
(9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday). In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information
contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying.
Any objections or representations to the above IPPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the
address below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.

Any such objections or representations will be entered into the public register unless the person making them requests in
writing that they should not so be placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there
has been a request.
