Notice is hereby given under sections 9 and 23 of the above Act that the directors of Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited
have appointed 31 December 2006 as the “appointed day” for the undertaking of the Clerical, Medical and General Life Assurance
Society for the purposes of Part 3 of the Act.
On the appointed day the Society will be dissolved.
