Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company is to be held at Chester City Football Club Limited, Deva Stadium, Bumpers Lane, Chester CH1 4LT, on 4th December 1998 at 11 a.m., to consider my proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee, pursuant to section 26 of the Insolvency
Act 1986. A proxy form which should be completed and returned to me by the date of the Meeting, if you cannot attend the Meeting,
and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting you must give to me, not later than 12 noon, on
the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of your claim. A copy of my proposals are available
to Members, free of charge, upon application to the Joint Administrators at Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU.
