WELSH OFFICE THE STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS (CEFN UCHAF, GLYNNEATH) ORDER 1987 The Secretary of State for Wales hereby gives notice that he has made the above Order under section 209 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, to authorise the stopping up of the highway described in the Schedule to this Notice to enable development to be carried out. Copies of the Order may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at the offices of Neath Borough Council, Civic Centre, Neath, West Glamorgan.
