“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Samuel Jonathan Talby and Gareth Rutt Morris, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Kings Orchard, 1 Queen Street, Bristol, BS2 0HQ, (IP Nos 9404 and 9424) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
