NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Frimstone Ltd, Ashcroft Farm, Main Road, Crimplesham, of Downham Market, Norfolk PE33 9UB, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/56/3 which authorises the abstraction of water from chalk at National Grid Reference TL 739 924 at Lodge Road, Feltwell (Quarry). The variation being applied for is replacement of existing borehole, approximately 150 metres to east, for gravel washing gravel. New borehole National Grid Reference TL 7390 9225. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Lodge Road, Feltwell, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., from 4th January 2000 to 2nd February 2000. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
