At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Adlington, PR7 4EX on 23 April 2024, the following resolutions were passed:
Special resolution
That the Company be Wound Up Voluntarily.
Ordinary resolution
That Rikki Burton (office holder no 14430) of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 4EX be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such Winding Up.
At the subsequent Virtual Meeting of Creditors held on 23 April 2024, Constantinos Pedhiou and Yiannis Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 3NA were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.
