Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 18 April 2024, The Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Defence Pension Fund (a government entity) (the Transferor) transferred the entirety of its limited partnership interests in ANAF II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016089 (the Partnership) to Social Protection Fund (a government entity) (the Transferee). Consequently, as of the date of this notice the Transferor will cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and the Transferee will become a limited partner in the Partnership.
